If the installation is successful then server reboots continuously when it reaches the graphical part of the startup. This appears to affect older revisions of the motherboard, as the latest revision has been certified as W2003 server compatible by Intel. A newer replacement revision of the motherboard (but not the latest revision) worked fine until the second processor was installed. I have also seen other messages about users having this similar problem.
