The latest drivers work under Win2k UP mode, but they lock up solid in SMP mode. Maybe that's a bit of an esoteric setup, but I really don't think so. Haven't been able to find a link on the Kodak site to leave feedback regarding this.

FINALLY, the USB drivers for the DC-290 digital camera are available, and they work GREAT!

Received the follow messages:
1) Everything except USB works fine.
2) Windows 2000 patch for USB connectivity for the Kodak DC-240 digital camera. Haven't tried it yet.
3) Camera works well in USB mode with Camera Software 1.0 + Windows 2000 USB Patch downloaded on Kodak web site. It don't works with the software on the Kodak installation CD-ROM.

Used Twain drivers v1.3 from Kodak's website. The scanner works, but every time Win2000 boots, it wants to plug-and-plug install the scanner. This doesn't cause any problems, just is annoying.

DC220 (5)

Plugged in the USB dodad,
turned on to "connect" and Win2k loaded drivers for it
automatically and sent the pics to photoshop. Installs Twain
compatable driver. Lacking features of win9x driver, but lets you
get pics in a thumbnail format before transfering. Can't delete or
change camera settings from PC.
