Retail CD gives will not run under Windows NT error message and will not install. Tried using application compatibility mode, doesn't help.

Received the follow messages:
1) Works perfectly with GeForce. Although it has a crappy framerate even
at 640x480 on a Dual Celeron 450. Just like all the other Carmageddon
games. Fun, but choppy.
2) It works fine with my GeForce.
